La Primitiva's new boat procedure.
Procedure in the Primitive Lottery for the automatic and continuous allocation of first-class funds
category, when in a draw there were no winners of the same, to the first category fund of the draw
immediately after, approved by the General Directorate of State Lotteries and Betting on 6 of
October of 2010.
After more than 9 years since the last modification regarding the allocation of accumulated funds
for subsequent draws in the Primitive Lottery modality and according to the experience obtained in
that time, the public business entity Loterías y Apuestas del Estado believes it advisable to establish a
new way of allocation, so that the public can choose, weekly, to a first prize with accumulation
automatically and continuously that, in your case, may exist with respect to the first category amount not
distributed in the previous draw.
This modification is based on the provisions of Additional Provision Thirty-fourth of the law
26/2009 of General State Budgets for the year 2010, at your point 3 according to which games and bets
managed by the public business entity Loterías y Apuestas del Estado will be marketed, in the conditions
that it establishes subject to the rules of private law, being able to settle, by resolution
the contract, any aspect of a material or formal nature, technical or procedural, related to the organization,
exploitation, design, support, gaming technology and commercialization.
In consecuense, this Directorate General, has resolved to approve the following:
FIRST.- 1.If any of the Primitive Lottery contests, in the corresponding draw, will stay
without winners with the right to a first category prize, the fund allocated to this will increase that of the
same category of the immediately following contest of La Primitiva. That is to say, if there were no winners in the draw on Thursday
First class, the fund allocated to this will increase the fund allocated to prizes of the first category of the
draw for the immediately following Saturday. In the same way, if there were no first-rate winners, the
fund destined to prizes of the first category of the draw of the immediately following Thursday.
2. If there were no winners of the second or third category in the Primitive Lottery contests, in the corresponding draw,
the fund allocated to them will increase that of the third or fourth category respectively. If there were no fourth-grade winners
category, the accumulated fund of the three, will also increase that of the first category of the immediately following contest, with the
same conditions contemplated in section 1 anterior.
SECOND.- These forecasts will be applicable from the day following the celebration of the draw on Saturday
16 October 2010.
THIRD.- The amount of the funds that could be pending due to not having first category winners until the
Saturday draw 16 October 2010, inclusive, will increase the fund of the first category of the draw on Thursday 21 of
October of 2010, applying from this draw what is indicated in section 1 from the first point.
