In the last decades of the existence of the Galactic Republic on the Small Lotto, besides the scavengers, the Anacondan Morley lived.

AT 32 BBY trash containers from the planet Naboo were brought to Small Lotto. Small Lotto Landscape, covered in huge mountains of garbage

The entire landscape of the planet consisted of endless steaming mountains of various debris, on which strange and mysterious cars moved, nicknamed "fire-breathing". Despite, that Small Lotto was practically uninhabitable, it was inhabited by creatures, famous, as "scavengers". The race was an indigenous people, inhabiting the planet for centuries, but, constant life among mountains of various garbage and industrial waste has turned representatives of this species into a strange hybrid of organic life and mechanical waste.
