Such codes are given on the portal "Active Citizen", on it the drawing will be carried out. It is planned to issue 2 million certificates, the total amount, allocated for this purpose, is 10 billion rubles.
If the participant is among the winners, then the winnings will be credited as bonuses (or points), which can be spent before the end of the year. These bonuses can be used to purchase goods or services in stores, restaurants, transport, etc., ie. in companies, who participate in the program. These are metropolitan companies, usually, small and medium-sized businesses. You can spend points in about three thousand Moscow companies. You can buy products, household appliances or use various services. The final list of such organizations is still being formed.
It turns out, the authorities solve two problems at once. First of all, attract a huge number of people to vote on amendments to the Constitution, Secondly, help to attract money to the economy, supporting small and medium businesses.
